Benjamin Cobb is currently a 3rd year PhD student at the Georgia Institute of Technology co-advised by Haesun Park and Richard Vuduc. His current research topics include memory efficient dense tensor decompositions and distributed Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) algorithms. Previous to attending Georgia Tech, Ben attended Wake Forest University, where he received B.S. degrees in Mathematical Business and Computer Science. In his free time he enjoys hiking, biking, DND, and running.
